The six FPSO projects in the Offshore section lasted for more than four years, during this period, we have employed and contracted over 500 employees, who have been involved in the construction and retrofitting of these FPSO projects at the Keppel shipyard in Singapore, the CSSC shipyard in Guangzhou, and the Brasa shipyard in Brazil.
The accompanying images showcase various aspects of our workforce management efforts, including project site visits, contract signings with employees, providing transportation for employees to and from work, negotiating agreements with insurance companies, visiting injured employees, company social activities, etc.
Throughout the different stages of these projects, we have maintained a strong presence on the ground, communicating directly with our employees to ensure the most efficient coordination of all work requirements. Our efforts have been well-received by both our partners and our employees.
